Boss Shop is hiring an Entry Level Shop Technician to perform basic mechanical repairs with a focus on safety and timely service. You will participate in training programs and progress through our tech ranking system, from Tech I to higher levels, while supporting shop operations.

You will grease, inspect, and repair trucks and trailers, assist with electrical and component services, and work toward ASE and DOT certifications with company sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
• D60O?T Medical Card required; ASE and other certifications obtainable as needed.
• Completion of internal technician training programs.

Responsabilités

• Performs preventative maintenance services including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Greases trucks and trailers; performs tire repair and related services.
• Conducts CSA inspections and emergency road service calls.
• Perform basic electrical diagnosis and repairs, including lighting, wiring, and 7-way replacements.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and organization; completes work orders with labor and parts.
• Upholds safety policies and ensures customer satisfaction.
