Job summary

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineer to support the development of integrated circuit design with AI assistance. This role targets recent graduates with EE/EECS backgrounds and aims to contribute to analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit work.

The role involves collaboration with senior engineers on design, simulation, layout, testing, and validation from concept through production, at our Milpitas office in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in EE or EECS with GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Recent graduate or early-career engineer.
• Foundational circuit design and lab experience.
• Experience with Python for automation beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, layout, simulation, and validation of analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop and execute test benches to characterize circuit and system performance.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports and design documentation.
• Develop agentic AI scripts using Python to automate testing, data analysis, and engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, and Test Engineering.
