Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineering Manager to lead our AI-Assisted Design Engineering team in Milpitas, CA. You will mentor engineers, drive innovation, and shape the next generation of semiconductor design and verification capabilities.

The role blends technical leadership with strategic planning, guiding cross-functional projects and applying AI/automation to accelerate design workflows while building high-performing teams and delivering results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, EECS, or related field.
2–5+ years of analog, mixed-signal, or semiconductor design experience.
Experience leading engineering projects and mentoring junior engineers.
Strong collaboration, coaching, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of analog/mixed-signal design and semiconductor fundamentals.

Responsibilities
