Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all deposit transactions (ACH, wire, checks).
• Reconcile deposits and enter GL descriptions accurately.
• Verify large check deposits per internal controls and regs.
• Handle tax levy and garnishment orders per guidelines.
• Print/mail CD interest checks/notices.
• Update customer statuses (e.g., deceased) in system.
• Monitor accounts with charges-offs and ensure proper reporting.
• Prepare and produce business statements and reports.
• Archive documentation per retention guidelines.
