Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in the United States. No dental experience required. You’ll receive paid on-the-job training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while supporting patients in your community.

Salary ranges from $19 to $22 per hour with full-time scheduling; opportunities for part-time and flexible shifts vary by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
