Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No dental experience or certification required. You'll receive paid training through our DANB partnership and a clear path to becoming a CDA while supporting patients in your community.

Salary is $16–$17 per hour. Full-time, with scheduling vary by location; part-time, full-time, and flexible options available. High school diploma required; radiology and safety certification to be earned within the state’s required timeframe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
