Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in the United States. No prior dental experience is required, with paid hands-on training through DANB and a clear path to becoming a CDA. You’ll work closely with a team dedicated to community patient care.

Pay is $15–$17 per hour with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options depending on location. Training to become radiology and safety certified is provided, along with benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Support patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
