Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry‑Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience or certification is required. You will receive paid training through our DANB partnership and a clear path to becoming a CDA while supporting a local dental team.

Salary ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with full‑time or flexible scheduling options depending on location. We offer paid training, radiology certification, time off, health/vision benefits, and continuing education opportunities through TAG U.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
