Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team in a role that offers paid, hands-on training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path to earning a CDA certification. You’ll work alongside dedicated colleagues to support patient care and community health, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing education.

No prior dental experience is required. The role offers hourly pay between $18 and $23, with full-time, part-time, and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
