Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team. No dental experience or certification is required; you’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a CDA.

Today you’ll set up operatories, assist during procedures, manage infection control, and support patient charting while working with a supportive team. Training includes radiology certification and ongoing education.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within state-mandated timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Aufgaben

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
