Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support the clinical team and patients. You will assist during a variety of procedures, prepare operatory, and ensure infection control.

No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma; you will receive paid training to become radiology and safety certified, with a pathway to CDA through our DANB program. We offer flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
