Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry‑Level Dental Assistant in the United States. No dental experience or certification is required. You will receive paid training through DANB and a clear path to becoming a CDA, while working with a team dedicated to community care.

You will assist in procedures, set up/clean operatory, manage infection control, support doctors with charting, and handle various office tasks. Training and development are emphasized, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
