Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians during procedures, set up operatory, and maintain sterility. You will assist with charting and collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role includes paid training to become radiology and safety certified through our DANB partnership, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development. Flexible scheduling is available at independently owned locations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the required timeframe for state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other dental team members to provide exceptional patient care.
