Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients. You’ll participate in a variety of procedures, set up operatories, maintain infection control, and assist with charting.

The role offers paid training, opportunities to pursue radiology and safety certification, and a pathway to become a DANB Certified Dental Assistant. Part-time or full-time options with flexible scheduling, paid time off, and benefits such as health, vision, and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within required timeframe for state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
