You will perform routine hardware checks, follow MOPs for reseats and swaps, troubleshoot with guidance, and assist with ticket resolution while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical checks of server hardware in data centers.
• Follow MOPs to support reseats, swaps, and repairs.
• Assist with ticket resolution by gathering information and escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in tickets, checklists and logs.
• Support uptime and reliability by promptly responding to assigned tickets.
• Pull and manage inventory of server spare parts per established processes.
