Meta is hiring an Data Center Technician in Houston to support the reliability of Meta's global server fleet. This entry-level role focuses on learning foundational technical skills, following established procedures, and performing routine checks of server and network hardware.

Candidate will assist with basic troubleshooting, hardware replacements, and cabling tasks under documented MOPs, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the FORCE team to ensure uptime and service

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical checks of server and network hardware (including cabling).

• Follow documented procedures (MOPs) for hardware replacements and reseats.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and updates to logs.
• Assist with ticket resolution by gathering information and escalating issues as needed.
