Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to assist customers and dealers with orders and product inquiries from our Scottsdale, AZ location. You will respond via phone, email, and web chat, offering product guidance and solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and provide solutions for products/services.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, web chat, and fax.
Use product knowledge to offer advice and alternatives based on customer needs.
Establish positive relations with customers and maintain ongoing relationships.
Manage and process customer and dealer orders and provide information related to accounts.
Assist with managing new dealer applications/accounts.
Possibility to work at local events and races.
