Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Richardson, TX is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative I to handle calls, emails, and chats, route inquiries, and support scheduling. This role works under close supervision and focuses on delivering friendly, accurate information to customers while maintaining records.

You will develop knowledge of products and services, help with dispatch when needed, and coordinate with Sales and Service teams to improve response speed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years experience in customer service or related role.
• Experience with computers and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls from customers and routes or assists accordingly.
• Maintains customer relations and ensures calls meet standards.
• Resolves customer concerns by phone, email, Chat, or other channels.
• Maintains customer records and dispositions calls in software.
• Disposes payments over the phone following CPI compliance.
• Updates capacity planner when calls are booked, rescheduled, or canceled.
• Coordinates with Sales and Service to improve scheduling speed and accuracy.
• Communicates service call status to customers.
• Assists with dispatching as needed.
• Keeps knowledge of products and services up to date.
