MCI is hiring entry-level Customer Service Representatives in Savannah, GA. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, support customer service, technical support, and sales interactions for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Dependable and punctual with good time management.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Customer-focused with empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer service, technical support, and sales interactions.
• Interact with hundreds of customers weekly to resolve issues and promote products or services.
• Document customer interactions accurately and process claims.
• Follow scripts and policies while using training resources to provide accurate information.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay current on updates and best practices.
