Job summary

GEM in Richmond, VA is hiring entry-level Customer Service Representatives to represent well-known nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns throughout the Richmond area.

You'll interact directly with the public, answer questions, provide information, and create positive experiences while supporting meaningful nonprofit causes. We train you from day one, and prior experience is not required.
