Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our Minneapolis, MN team. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As a key point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the company database.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer files.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent.
