As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver an excellent customer experience and assist customers in finding and enrolling in health insurance.

GetInsured has the largest state-based marketplace footprint, with a consumer-friendly interface and decision support tools empowering millions to make better health plan decisions. We build and operate award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools for state exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers. Our services include eligibility determination, plan selection, enrollment technology, and innovative marketing and call center tools.

Full-time/Seasonal

$17.00/hr. Spanish Bilingual, plus performance incentives

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for training
  • Full attendance for 3-week paid training
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with Ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber broadband internet with wired Ethernet connection (not compatible with mobile internet, Wi-Fi, or satellite)
