• Experience in customer-facing roles and proficient in Microsoft Office required; automotive paint experience is a plus and may affect pay.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic customer calls and emails as you gain experience.
• Provide problem resolution and coordinate with service and technical departments.
• Report to the Customer Service Manager on progress and issues.
• Manage inventory, customer interaction, and cross-functional communication as part of role.
