Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support client interactions, document transactions, and accurately process quotes and orders. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and problem solving within a team that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior customer service experience.
• Must have computer experience and accuracy in numeric input.
• Must have strong organizational and listening skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines; overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a broad knowledge of clients, products and services of the organization.
• Document customer interactions and transactions.
• Accurately process phoned, faxed and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut-off times and other time constraints that may exist.
• Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned in orders for production.
• Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time.
