Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or related coursework preferred.
• 0–1 years in credit and 2–3 years in funding in a financial services or dealer services environment preferred.
• Interest in learning credit underwriting and developing into underwriting roles.
• Ability to review documentation and determine if stipulations are satisfied per procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication with dealers, underwriters, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate credit approval stipulations to ensure documentation supports underwriting decisions.
• Evaluate stipulation documents from underwriting viewpoint (income, identity, residency, collateral, entity).
• Communicate clearly with underwriters to clarify approval conditions and requirements.
• Partner with dealers to obtain missing or corrected documentation to satisfy stipulations.
• Assist in timely follow-up on approved applications and reduce funding delays.
• Identify documentation concerns or risk indicators and escalate as needed.
• Support funding by ensuring documents are complete and aligned with terms before funding review.
• Use LOS and MS Office to review, document, and track stipulations.
