TalentHop is seeking a Credentialing Analyst I to support verification of credentials for medical staff and allied health professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves managing credential data, collaborating with leadership, and contributing to process improvements.

The position emphasizes accuracy, timely data maintenance, and adherence to accreditation requirements within a nonprofit healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Certification from National Association of Medical Staff Services (CPCS and/or CPMSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify credentials of medical staff, mid-level, and allied health professionals to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate data in credential databases and permanent credential files.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to meet credentialing and processing standards.
• Support problem solving and process improvement initiatives, including participation in sub-committees.
