Job summary

This entry-level to professional role focuses on creating cost estimates for new business proposals, reviewing scopes, and supporting internal and customer negotiations.

The position offers on-site work with up to 25% travel, opportunities across multiple facilities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 0–3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost estimates for projects based on scope, specifications and proposals.
• Analyzes requirements to identify labor, material, equipment and service needs.
• Uses historical data and benchmarking to generate itemized cost estimates.
• May use various estimating methods and software tools depending on project complexity.
