Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or hors d'oeuvres to the standards set by the Executive Chef. You will keep the work area clean and orderly and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude with guests and fellow cast members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and recipes.
• Ability to stand for a full shift.
• Apprentice for Certification preferred.
• Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or hors d'oeuvres to chef standards.
