White Lodging in Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Cook to train in a professional hotel kitchen, learning the full duties of a professional cook through a structured program. • Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Foundational skills in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast cookery.
