Bachelor's degree in electrical/controls/automation/computer engineering.
Experience in electrical, controls, or automation engineering (co-op or internship acceptable).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Willingness to learn and grow into increased technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Support documentation including modification of electrical and control systems schematics, control narratives, and standard procedures.
Assist with writing, testing, and debugging PLC and HMI control logic.
Support troubleshooting of electrical, control, and process-related issues.
Support validation, installation, commissioning, and startup activities for automation projects.
