• 2+ years of related engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative, inclusive team focused on solving complex engineering challenges
• Contribute to design and engineering execution on active projects with guidance
• Participate in cross functional and global teams supporting process improvement initiatives
• Build technical capabilities through hands-on project work across multiple engineering disciplines
• Support design and execution for thermal and conventional power projects
• Help ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project execution cycle
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify practical technical solutions
