Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a recent graduate for its Consultant Development Program in the United States. You will work hands-on with our cloud and AI solutions, learn our platforms, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to design, configure, and deliver value.

Start dates October 2026 or July 2027; the program accelerates to Consultant in under 2 years, offering mentorship and a path to lead complex projects within a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate (up to 2 years postgraduate experience maximum).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Designing & tailoring the software: lead configuration of our platform to fit each customer’s business model, setting up workflows and data structures.
• Conducting discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable technical specs.
• Managing project scope, timelines, and milestones from kick-off to go-live to ensure successful delivery.
• Guiding customers with best practices to maximize long-term value of our products.
