Responsibilities

• Ramp up quickly through intensive onboarding and team-based training.
• Learn by doing: work directly with customers to solve problems within your first months.
• Design, configure, and deliver solutions that drive real business value for customers.
• Lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and milestones from kick-off through go-live.
• Guide the customer with best practices to ensure long-term value from our products.
