Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate (up to 2 years postgraduate experience).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.
• Strong analytical thinker with a track record of academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration of the platform to fit each customer’s business model.
• Conduct discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and milestones from kick-off through go-live.
• Guide customers with best practices to maximize long-term value of the product.
