Responsibilities

• Design and configure client solutions as part of the Professional Services team.
• Lead discovery workshops to capture requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Manage project scope, timelines and milestones from kickoff to go-live.
• Guide customers with best practices to optimize long-term value.
