Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduate (0–2 years postgraduate experience)
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Designing & tailoring the software: lead configuration of the platform to fit each customer's business model.
• Conducting discovery workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Managing project scope and execution: scope requirements, build timelines, and track milestones from kick-off through go-live.
• Guiding the customer as an expert to ensure processes are optimized for long-term value on our products.
