Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Cost Management Analyst to join our BPI Buildings & Places Team in New York, NY. This entry-level role supports the preparation and issuance of cost reports, input of POs and invoices, and the review of change orders and project invoices.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying, and familiarity with Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Projects is preferred.
• Proficient IT skills including Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and issues periodic cost reports.
• Input POs, orders and invoices into the cost report system.
• Review change orders per the client’s approval process.
• Maintain a change order log.
• Review project invoices and assist in coding.
• Support procurement of construction and engineering services.
• Assist with subcontract bid packages and contractor buyout.
• Attend bi-weekly cost meetings with contractors and engineers.
• Assist with contractor closeout documents.
