Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Cost Management Analyst in New York, NY. This entry-level role supports cost reporting, PO/invoice entry, and change order tracking to assist procurement and financial controls on projects.

You will review invoices, assist with RFPs and bid analyses, and participate in bi-weekly cost meetings with contractors and engineers. Bachelor’s in Construction or related field required; 0–2 years preferred; Primavera/MS Project helpful.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience in a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Projects preferred; basic IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation and issuance of periodic cost reports.
• Inputs POs, orders and invoices into cost reporting systems.
• Reviews change orders and maintains a change order log.
• Reviews project invoices; may code them for AP.
• Supports procurement activities including RFPs and bid analyses.
• Attends bi-weekly cost meetings with contractors and engineers.
• Supports review of contractor closeout documents.
