• Organized and able to prioritize tasks with multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through all project phases from planning to close-out.
• Monitor project status and prepare status reports for schedules and deliverables.
• Analyze and resolve issues; conduct meetings with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support constructability reviews, submissions, payments, RFIs, and schedule control.
• Visit field sites regularly and attend site meetings.
• Assist with scope, cost estimates, bids, contractor selection, and contracts for Phipps Houses Services.
