Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction industry, safety, and project controls.
• Ability to monitor resources, budgets and schedules under multiple demands.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Field management, safety, and quality with subcontractors and site reporting.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, logs, drawings, and meeting minutes.
• Support scheduling and progress updates with the project team.
• Assist with project budgets, costs, invoicing and change orders.
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and vendors; prepare bid packages.
• Prepare detailed estimates and cost codes for cost reporting.
• Assist with scope changes and design coordination; track permits.
• Interact with clients per PM guidance and prepare reports.
• Assist lifecycle activities: start-up, close-out, punch lists, inspections.
• Travel as required; may supervise others.
