Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field.
• Internship experience with a construction company preferred.
• Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year).
• Entry level position.

Responsibilities

• Notify subcontractors of commencements and manage delivery schedules.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for estimates.
• Oversee submittal schedules and logs; coordinate with subcontractors and architects.
• Prepare reports: material, submittal, RFIs, and logs.
• Assist in verifying monthly subcontractor payment requests.
• Support estimating with detailed cost estimates and value engineering as needed.
• Participate in jobsite safety per company policy.
