Job summary

Bilfinger Industrial Services Inc. seeks an entry-level Construction Manager at our Green Bay, WI site to plan, schedule and oversee self-performed construction work, prepare bid packages and ensure safety, cost, schedule and quality targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Construction Management degree (associate or bachelor’s) and relevant internship or co-op experience; strong written and verbal communication, time management and organization are required.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; ideal candidate has a construction management degree and internship or co-op experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management and organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Familiarity with Lean Construction/Six Sigma and AI Copilot integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and input engineering packages for constructability and completeness.
• Integrate packages and develop detailed execution plans for field and subs.
• Develop and support project safety plans and safety in the field.
• Prepare labor and material estimates, takeoffs, and requisitions.
• Manage project costs: cost reports, trends, change orders.
• Schedule and coordinate crews; track and report progress.
• Interface with Owner, engineers, field supervision, and subcontractors.
