Job summary

Kinsley Construction Inc. is seeking entry-level Laborers to support carpentry and concrete tasks on projects in the Mid-Atlantic. You will learn multiple skilled construction positions through hands-on experience on job sites in Hagerstown, MD and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a willingness to learn, with opportunities to grow into more specialized tasks as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut or shape wood, plastic and other material.
• Use hand and power tools (circular saws, nail guns, sanders, etc.).
• Fasten materials with nails, screws, staples and adhesives.
• Construct building frameworks: walls, floors, door frames.
• Follow blueprints and building plans; install fixtures.
• Load/unload materials and help set up equipment.
• Ensure safe work practices on site and keep area clean.
