Job summary

Kinsley Construction, Inc. in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking entry-level trainees to learn carpentry and concrete trades on projects across South Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.

You will support all phases from site prep to finishing, with a focus on safety and quality in every task. This safety-sensitive role requires the ability to follow instructions, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates interested in learning carpentry and concrete trades.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Use various hand and power tools.
• Assist crew as needed.
• Follow blueprints and building plans.
• Demolition, excavation and site cleanup.
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety protocols.
• Stand, bend, kneel, lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
