Kinsley Construction is seeking entry-level trainees to learn carpentry and concrete trades across projects in South Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Trainees will support all phases from site prep to finishing, gaining hands-on experience while adhering to safety policies.

The position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions to build structures safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Use various hand and power tools per project needs.
• Operate tools and equipment following safety policies.
• Assist crew with carpentry and concrete tasks.
• Read and follow blueprints and building plans.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and site cleanliness.
