Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends simple instructions and emails.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and integrity on site.
• Able to present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Follow simple one- or two-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable outcomes for internal and external teams and customers.
• Support craft workers on project sites (structural, concrete, demolition, framing).
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and dispose of waste.
• Identify hazards and escalate for clarification when needed.
• Load/unload materials and use essential tools of the trade.
