You will support various craft workers on-site, contribute to safe and efficient projects, and learn the Layton Way of delivering quality outcomes. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous development, with the chance to progress into more advanced roles

Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends simple instructions and emails.
• Writes simple correspondence and emails.
• Presents information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Follows simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Meets attendance and production deadlines.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.
• Uphold safety, honesty, unity, and quality of work.
• Provide support to other craft workers on site for structural construction, heavy concrete work, demolition, and framing.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and handle debris.
• Identify hazards and seek clarification when needed.
• Load/unload materials as needed.
• Possess minimum tools associated with the trade.
• Comply with safety policies and report unsafe activities.
