Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and emails.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and emails.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Commitment to attendance and production deadlines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Champions 'The Layton Way' by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.
• Ensures that 'Constructing with Integrity' is delivered by honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
• Provide support to other craft workers on project site of structural construction, heavy concrete construction, demolition, and framing.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and dispose of debris.
• Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Load/unload materials as needed.
• Have minimum tools associated with trade.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
