Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, narratives for completeness and clarity.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for specified scopes of work.
• Self-review of work product.
• Ensure timely completion of estimating tasks, including overtime when necessary.
• Obtain budget pricing from manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Maintain quality service by following company standards.
• Compile questions and comments related to the project scope of work.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and file management.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education and networking.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.
