SpeedyConcreteCutting,Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Sawing & Drilling Helper/Trainees.

This entry-level position offers hands-on training and mentorship to learn concrete cutting, coring, and associated operations on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. You’ll gain practical skills with tools like flatsaws, wallsaws, coredrills, and wiresaws, while working safely on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, concrete, or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.
• Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, or in confined environments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete sawing, coring, demolition, and removal activities on active job sites.
• Support layout, measuring, and precision cutting operations.
• Assist with demolition and structural modification projects.
• Work safely in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, Silica Safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Learn safe operation of specialized equipment including flatsaws, wallsaws, coredrills, handsaws/ringsaws, wiresaws, mini-excavators, skidsteers, and robotic demolition equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials.
